1. Who we are
Jackloot is operated by [company name], [address], licensed by the National Lottery Administration of Ethiopia under licence [number].
2. Who can play
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You may hold only one account. Accounts opened to get extra bonuses may be closed.
- You play for yourself, with your own money, and not from a place where online games are not allowed.
3. Your account
- Keep your Telegram account and devices safe: you are responsible for play on your account.
- We may ask for proof of identity and age before a withdrawal, and may keep a withdrawal until we have it.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
- Deposits and withdrawals are in Ethiopian birr through our payment partner. 1 credit = 1 birr.
- Withdrawals are paid to an account in your own name. We may ask you to play through a deposit before withdrawing it.
- We may decline or reverse payments that look fraudulent or break these terms.
5. Bonuses
- Bonus money (welcome credits, daily rewards, free spins, promotions) must be staked [10] times before it becomes real money you can withdraw.
- Stakes use your real money first. Bonus conditions are shown with each promotion.
6. The games
- Game rules and prizes are shown in each game ("How to play"). Every result is decided by our server when you play.
- If a game is interrupted, open bets are refunded. Obvious errors (for example a wrong prize) may be corrected.
- The highest win per bet is shown in the game rules.
7. Responsible gambling
You can set deposit, loss and stake limits, take a break or exclude yourself in Wallet → Play safe. See our Responsible gambling page.
8. Closing accounts
You can close your account at any time through support. We may close accounts that break these terms; real money left in a closed account is paid out unless it came from fraud.
9. Complaints
Contact support in the app. If we cannot solve it, you may contact [the regulator].
10. Changes
We may change these terms. You will be asked to accept the new version before playing again.
